This is for Irit's moleskin, her theme is places, where you live. Well I can't say I went very far .....lol
This is a wall outside my door that has flower pots and such.
I enjoyed doing this, it became very relaxing. Here are some Details
Beautiful, I like this because sometimes we never know there is so much beauty around us. You never need to travel far to find them.
ReplyDeleteDominique...you have no idea how much I like this...Absolutely great!!! Every feature is well done, but the brickwork and ivy is far out. My hat is off to you for this outstanding composition. Actually, my hat blew off in the wind we had today and I gotta get another tomorrow, but you know what I mean. ;-)
ReplyDeleteWonderful, Dominique! It's very relaxing to look at too. Wondering if the angel has a touch of self-portrait to it! :)
ReplyDeleteI like how you used both pages to create this scene...it looks like a happy place!
ReplyDeleteDominique, what a warm and inviting entry; I want to step in, pour myself a cup of coffee, and talk art with you! Love your combination of textures; beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful, Dominique, but what strikes me is how the objects look like they would belong to you, after seeing your drawings and the aesthetic you have shown... these have Dominique written all over them! Amazing! I love that sleeping angel the most. Well done!
ReplyDeleteIt's charming--the place and painting both! your design and painting talents shine. Love it!
ReplyDeleteI like where you live Dominique. This definitely has your signature and is a beautifully constructed piece. Really well done. All that green, and outside, at this time of year, lucky you.
ReplyDeleteThis is very beautiful, Dominique. You've got a very nice set up for yourself.
ReplyDeleteIt very beautiful and charming Dominique. I want to learn so much about moleskine books. It seems that I always learn something from your blog. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThis is LOVELY!!! I would feel so warm and safe in this place. Great job Dominique!

ReplyDeleteI cannot tell you how much I love this..I feel lucky what a nice piece.
With all the pain, you made me smile.
