Here it is, my final contribution to The Flying Moleskins. Ed this one's for you. I have to say that I've thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and getting to know the group just a little bit better. I can hardly wait to receive my own completed book to see first hand all the wonderful paintings.
At times it is easy to slack off when it comes to painting, as most of us have other jobs to sustain us. Projects like Different Strokes and then this have been so motivating for me, and I truly appreciate being included. I'd like to extend a big thanks to Dominique and everyone else involved.

Fantastic work as always, Vern, and it's been a pleasure getting to know the group better. I'm grateful to be included, too. I'm working on your moleskin now. It will be off to Banji soon, I promise. Your paintings are beautiful, and this is a gem.

Superb painting, Vern! I've enjoyed seeing all of the paintings in person and it makes me sad when I realize I won't ever have the opportunity to see this one and many, many more.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the great comments on this and past posts. You've all been so considerate and giving. I really appreciate it. The completion of this project is going to leave a void for me, as I really looked forward to receiving each and every moleskin.
